- Ensuring Sensei Charity C.I.O will become a self-sustaining entity by guaranteeing up to 60% of pre-tax profit will be paid to Sensei Charity C.I.O to support the provision of anti-bullying services and materials for schools, and people in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

[2] To support in partnership with Sensei Charity C.I.O. the provision of various anti-bullying services for young people and schools, in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

[3] Sensei Charity (C.I.O) and Wannabe Enterprises (C.I.C) will form a working partnership, to create a state-of-the-art safe educational environment with a distance learning facility for young people.
The Educational Academy will provide full-time academic and therapeutic programmes specialising in media-based studies, as well as mandatory
educational subjects, for the recovery of children 14 year to 18 years educational level KS4 to KS5 – who have self-excluded due to severe bullying, or have been traumatised by other events or circumstances preventing them from attending mainstream school.
[4] Wannabe Enterprises (CIC) Specialising in animation, film/media, music production and affiliated disciplines will in partnership with Sensei Charity C.I.O will facilitate these services and expertise alongside the core subjects: English, Maths and PSHE and other academic studies.
