[1] Staff Transparency: Both Sensei Charity (C.I.O) and Wannabe Enterprises (C.I.C) would ensure that the correct and up to date DBS checks are in place and that staff profiles are transparent.  Our staff will be approachable and accessible for the students, parents and carers.

[2] Educational Targets: Each student would have a bespoke timetable, with clear outcomes and targets; these would be regularly reviewed.

 [3] Interaction: The educational participation would vary between the whole classroom, small groups and one to one tuition. In respect to full classroom participation, distance learning students will be taken into account.

[4] Distance Learning: In respect to distance learning a practical timetable would be set up to ensure that the student is provided with the same services and opportunities as students physically attending Sensei Charity C.I.O Educational Academy.

 [5] Special Requirements: Should a student have an EHCP (Education Health Care Plan), we will ensure we are more than able to be actively involved in the Annual Review process, ensuring that all outcomes and timescales are adhered to, resulting in the correct outcome achieved.

[6] Attendance: Flexibility would be offered where a student must attend medical appointments or indeed, can only manage part-time hours.  This is where the distance learning option could be used advantageously.

 [7] Security: To ensure the safety and wellbeing of the students while engaged with Charity(C.I.O) and Wannabe Enterprises (C.I.C)

(a) All staff will have the accredited enhanced DBS certificate

(b) There will be a trained counsellor in attendance in the Education Academy at all times.

 [8] Counselling Service: Sensei Charity (C.I.O) will offer an out-of-hours service, ensuring a trained counsellor is available 24/7 should a student feel the need to reach out.

[9] Career Advice and Support: Wannabe Enterprises (C.I.C) will act as business mentor, and an employment agent, for former students, as they strive to obtain either employment or venture on their own into the world of work or business, in whatever their chosen field of the arts film/media or entertainment industry.

Therefore, as part of their partnership remit with Sensei Charity C.I.O. Educational Academy, Wannabe Enterprises (C.I.C), will have a dedicated employment department to help the students in respect to Career Advice andWork Experience, including Internship and Full-time Employment.
